As the President she keeps her fingers on the pulse of all aspects of the business on a daily basis. However, her primary duties are to work with her very bright and ingenious office staff throughout the year in always trying to maintain the company’s mission and vision through effective communication with Residents, HOA’s, Property Managers and Employees. 

She believes effective communication is one of the keys to success in customer and employee relations.She also works side by side with the company’s diligent & zealous Field Directors, in the areas of hiring & interviewing, Lifeguard & other ongoing staff training, development of community events & programs.  As CFO, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, payroll and other areas that require financial decision making.

She is passionate about public health & safety issues and working with young people, which makes her job her “dream-job”.  During the swim season she is frequently out in the field overseeing and coaching the lifeguard staff. Terri attended Southwest Baptist University and Ouachita Baptist University where her focus of study was Education and Business Management.When Terri is not working she enjoys time spent with her husband, 3 children and a menagerie of pets.

Travis Smith
Travis has been with Poseidon Pools since September of 2002, and is currently the North Zone Field Director.  Travis is responsible for the hiring of lifeguards and facility operations in the North Zone.  Travis has many years of experience in the aquatics field dating back to when he was a 15 year old lifeguard.  Travis is an active member of the Texas Public Pool Council and is a Certified Pool Operator (CPO). He currently holds certifications as a Red Cross instructor in Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR, Disease Prevention, AED and Oxygen Administration, and is working towards his Instructor Trainer Certificate.  Travis has an Associate’s degree in Business Administration, and is attending the University of Houston where he is a member of the Program for Excellence in Selling.  He will graduate in 2009 with his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
 

Leo Castillo
Leo is the Field Director for the South Zone.  He has been involved in the aquatics industry for over 10 years, since first starting out as a 15 year old lifeguard working for several other community pool management companies before joining Poseidon Pools in February of 2006.  Leo graduated from the University of Houston with his Bachelor’s degree in May of 2007.  He holds certifications to teach Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR, Disease Prevention, AED and Oxygen Administration through the Red Cross, and is currently in the process of obtaining his Instructor Trainer Certificate in them.  Leo is also a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and Aquatics Facility Operator (AFO).
 

Misty Stockwell
 Mist is the Field Director for the Pearland area.  Misty has been part of the Poseidon Team since April 2007.  She is also responsible for all of the Aquatic Programs at Poseidon Pools, along with our community events.  Misty brings with her to Poseidon Pools over 15 years of experience in the aquatics industry.  She started out just like all 15 yr olds and was a lifeguard.  Misty currently holds certifications as a Red Cross instructor in Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR, Disease Prevention, AED and Oxygen Administration.  She is currently pursuing her Instructor Trainer Certificate for each of them.  Mist is also currently a student at the University of Houston Clear Lake and will graduate in 2009 with a Bachelor’s decree in Communications.  When Misty is not at work she spends as much time as she can with her three nephews, two dogs and her husband.
 

Brandon Miller
Brandon is a HR and Office Associate at Poseidon Pools. Brandon has been with Poseidon since December of 2006. Brandon works in conjunction with Jen to coordinate all Pool Parties and Community Event Community Events, the Human Resources Department, Customer Service, Facility Audits and Staff Development. He is currently pursuing a double bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, after which he hopes to get both his CPA and his MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. In his free time he coaches and plays softball with Team Snap-On, and is currently trying to restore a classic car with his father.
 

Jen Ibarra
Jen works as an Office Associate at Poseidon Pools. Jen started as a lifeguard with Poseidon Pools in May 2003 before being promoted to a position in the office. While Jen was a lifeguard she was a manager of her facility and taught swim lessons. Jen works in tandem with Brandon to coordinate Community Events, the Human Resources Department, Customer Service, Facility Audits and Staff Development. Jen is currently pursuing a bachelors’ degree in Early Childhood Education with hopes of teaching first grade. When Jen is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Brittany Smith
Brittany has been with Poseidon Pools since 2004. She started out being a simple first year lifeguard and has moved her way up in the company and now is responsible for payroll, accounts receivable/payable. Brittany holds many American Red Cross certifications such as: Lifeguarding for the Professional Rescuer, CPR & AED, Preventing Disease Transmission, Oxygen Administration, Lifeguard Instructor and Water Safety Instructor. She is currently attending the University of Houston, which she will be majoring in Marketing. When she is not working or at school, she enjoys sleep.
